Bob spent 20 years in the mail order business managing teams through organisational and technological change. He was at the forefront of the call centre revolution and managed centralisation, decentralisation, out sourcing and all aspects of restructuring. He understands the impact of of change on people and how technology can be a force for both improving and impeding performance.
After that Bob spent over ten years in the insurance sector in strategic planning, steering the technological and manpower resources to respond to a changing environment. He believes that proper planning processes are vital to all businesses whatever their size.
Bob has developed an expertise in risk management, operational resilience and business continuity. He has developed plans for all manner of operational problem including the treatment of pandemic flu. |
