Ros has spent 26 years working in the airline and mail order industries, leading and motivating small and large teams in customer facing operations, call centres and planning functions. Team building is her love and speciality and she is experienced in introducing complex change with minimum fuss. with a reputation for creative and pragmatic conflict resolution. Ros has a track record of successful project management.

Ros is also a qualified garden designer and believes passionately in the importance of our physical environment in the way we perform at work. She has successfully introduced several ground breaking concepts in the working environment including two large construction projects one of which was Heathrow's Terminal 5. |
